1. Who We Are

Clintelligence is an AI-powered clinical trial protocol intelligence platform operated by Jeeva Clinical Trials Inc. ("Jeeva", "we", "us"). 2. Information We Collect

• Account information — name, email address, organization, and a hashed password when you create an account.
• Protocol content — protocol text or PDF documents you upload for analysis. These are processed to generate your analysis and are associated with your account only if you choose to save an analysis.
• Trial search inputs — condition, eligibility answers, and optional ZIP code entered in the Find Trials feature. Patient-entered screening answers are used only to rank matching trials during your session and are not stored unless you explicitly save a search.
• Usage and log data — standard technical logs (IP address, timestamps, requests) for security and reliability.

We do not collect or store protected health information (PHI). Clintelligence is a decision-support tool for research professionals; do not upload patient-identifiable records.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide protocol analysis, risk scoring, trial matching, and reporting features.
• To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
• To communicate with you about your account (e.g., email verification, password reset).

We do not sell your information. Uploaded protocol content is not used to train AI models.

4. AI Processing

Analyses are generated using third-party large-language-model APIs (Anthropic Claude) and embedding services (OpenAI) under agreements that do not permit those providers to train on your content. AI outputs are decision-support recommendations and require human review; they are not a substitute for professional, regulatory, or medical judgment.

5. Trial Data Source

Trial records are sourced from ClinicalTrials.gov, a service of the U.S. National Library of Medicine. Listing of a study does not mean it has been evaluated or endorsed by the U.S. Government. Always verify trial details at the source and consult your healthcare provider before enrolling in any study.

6. Retention and Deletion

Saved analyses and saved searches are retained until you delete them or your account. Uploaded files are processed transiently and are not persisted after analysis. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us via jeevatrials.com/contact.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our cloud infrastructure providers. Access to production systems is restricted and credentialed. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; report suspected issues via our contact page.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
