1. Who We Are

Clintelligence is an AI-powered clinical trial protocol intelligence platform operated by Jeeva Clinical Trials Inc. ("Jeeva", "we", "us"). This policy describes what information the platform collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you. For questions, contact jeevatrials.com/contact.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information — name, email address, organization, and a hashed password when you create an account.
• Protocol content — protocol text you paste or PDF documents you upload for analysis. Every analysis you run while signed in is saved to your account automatically, including the protocol details extracted from your document and the analysis results, so that you can reopen it, edit it and keep versions. The uploaded PDF file itself is not kept after its text has been extracted.
• Trial search inputs — condition, eligibility answers, and optional ZIP code entered in the Find Trials feature. Screening answers are used to rank matching trials. When you save a search, the condition, your answers to the screening questions, the ZIP code and the matching trials are stored in your account until you delete the saved search. Trials you mark with "Save Trial" are kept in your browser.
• Usage records — a record of each report and re-analysis run under your account (date, type, a short description such as the condition and phase, and the amount charged), which is the basis of your Usage & Billing page.
• Usage and log data — standard technical logs (IP address, timestamps, requests) for security and reliability.
• Data kept in your browser — your most recent analysis and protocol text are also cached in your browser's local storage so the results page can open them; this cache is removed when you sign out.

Do not enter information that identifies a patient. Clintelligence is a decision-support tool for research professionals. It is not certified under HIPAA or similar frameworks and is not intended to hold protected health information (PHI): the screening answers and ZIP code entered in Find Trials are health-related information and are stored when a search is saved, so they should never be combined with names or other identifying details.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide protocol analysis, risk scoring, trial matching, and reporting features.
• To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
• To communicate with you about your account (e.g., email verification, password reset).

We do not sell your information. Clintelligence does not use uploaded protocol content to train its own models.

4. AI Processing

Analyses are generated by sending your protocol text, and the screening answers used for trial matching, to the third-party AI services this deployment is configured to use: Anthropic Claude (directly, or through Amazon Web Services Bedrock) and, for embeddings, OpenAI. Their handling of that content is governed by the agreements between the operator of this deployment and those providers. AI outputs are decision-support recommendations and require human review; they are not a substitute for professional, regulatory, or medical judgment.

5. Trial Data Source

Trial records are sourced from ClinicalTrials.gov, a service of the U.S. National Library of Medicine. Listing of a study does not mean it has been evaluated or endorsed by the U.S. Government. Always verify trial details at the source and consult your healthcare provider before enrolling in any study.

6. Retention and Deletion

Saved analyses (every analysis you run is saved) and saved searches are retained until you delete them or your account is deleted. Usage records are kept for billing and are not removed when an analysis is deleted. Uploaded PDF files are processed transiently and are not kept after their text has been extracted; the extracted protocol details are kept with the saved analysis. 7. Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes. The application itself does not encrypt the contents of its database; encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest depends on how the operator of this deployment hosts it. Clintelligence is not certified under HIPAA or similar frameworks. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; report suspected issues via our contact page.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
